Did you ever want to immerse yourself in chocolate pudding?  You just may feel like doing so after you taste this amazing double chocolate pot de crème.  This is a chocoholic’s paradise and you will be skipping around the neighborhood while eating this up because you will want to spread the word about how much you enjoy chocolate…ha, ha.   I have made thousands of these over the years and the reaction I get from people is very true, they see chocolate and then they scream for chocolate.   The depth of flavors are truly decadent here, the instant coffee just gives an added dimension that really does not overpower this dessert in any way.  Serve this with whipped cream on top and it helps cut the richness of the chocolate just a little…we would not want to go overboard would we?

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

6 ounces dark chocolate chips

7 large egg yolks

½ cup sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

Extra whipping cream for garnish

Chocolate sprinkles for garnish
