Turkey burgers can be somewhat dry and bland compared to their beef counterpart. I’ve developed an interesting twist that combines apple and mayonnaise for a moist burger along with chipotle chili for some heat that plays well with the sweetness of the apple along with the honey mustard mayo. These are far from dry or bland; especially when you serve these sliders at a party and watch your guests shout with glee and beg for more. They easily can be made gluten free if you omit the Worcestershire sauce or use tamari sauce instead along with GF buns. So when you are pondering what to serve at your next football, birthday or cocktail party, serve these little guys and it will truly be a touchdown to remember.
The honey mustard mayo plays well with the spiciness of the chipotle chili
These will be your new favorite turkey burger for any weeknight dinner or party
