Smoked Salmon Pizza with Lemon Tarragon Cream Cheese

Ingredients
1pre-baked pizza crust or flatbread, 12 inch round or rectangle
8ozwhipped cream cheese
1lemon, juice & zest
2tbspfresh tarragon, chopped
2tspDijon mustard
1tspgarlic, chopped
1/4tspcourse black pepper
6ozcold smoked salmon
3tbspred onion, minced
3tbspcapers, rinsed and drained
3tbspchopped chives or micro greensfor garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, tarragon, Dijon mustard, garlic & pepper.
On a parchment lined or non-stick sprayed sheet pan, place the pizza crust down and spread the cream cheese mixture all over the top, evenly reaching almost to the edges.
Lay the salmon all over on top of the cream cheese, followed by the chopped red onion
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden
Sprinkle with capers and top with micro-greens or minced chives for garnish
