Ingredients
18 ozpackage of Neufchatel cheese, softened
1cuplow fat Greek style yogurt
1/3cupgrated Parmesan & Romano cheese blend
2tspOld bay seasoning
1/2tspcayenne pepper
1small lemon, juice & zest
1/4cupgreen onions, chopped
1tbspfresh chopped tarragon or 1 1/2 tsp dried
2ozjar of pimentos, drained
1 1/2 cupsGouda cheese, shredded
14ozcan artichoke hearts, drained well & chopped
1lblump crab meat
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Stir together the softened Neufchatel cheese, yogurt, Parmesan/Romano cheese, Old bay seasoning, cayenne, zest and juice of the lemon, green onions and tarragon
Add the diced pimentos, Gouda cheese and artichoke hearts and mix well
Lastly fold in the crab meat until well mixed
Spread in a 2 ½ quart casserole or oven proof pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
Serve with crunchy pita chips, sliced baguette or crackers.
