Antipasto Skewer

An easy and delicious chilled appetizer of meats, cheeses & veggies for a fabulous party bite

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 18 oz jar of pepperoncini, drained
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 6 oz can of large pitted black olives, drained and rinsed
  • 6 oz jar of Spanish olives, drained
  • 12 oz Salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb pepper jack cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 25 6 to 8 inch bamboo skewers
  • Italian dressing for drizzling at the end

Instructions



  1. Take a skewer and skewer a cherry tomato, followed by a pepperoncini, one
    cube of cheddar, one black olive, one green olive, 2 slices of salami folded
    together in quarters, and lastly, pepper jack cheese







  2. If you like, just before serving, drizzle them with some Italian dressing and you are ready to go





  3. Can be made one day ahead and kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve
