This delicious spice mix is perfect on anything but will elevate snack time with that nacho flavor, great alternative if you are lactose free, vegan or just want a healthy alternative to those addictive tortilla chips that fill the isles at the grocery store.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend into a fine powder. If you don't have those appliances you can grind the dehydrated vegetables in a spice grinder or by hand with mortar and pestle and then mix all other ingredients with it. Makes 1 1/2 cups of seasoning
Items like the tomato powder and the jalapeno powder most likely won't be at your local grocery store, I found those online.
Also, the dehydrated vegetables are NOT a soup mix, they are just dehydrated vegetable mix that has no other ingredients mixed in them, I also found that online if you can't find that at the store as wellÂ
