This vegan nacho seasoning makes delicious food even better, it’s so easy to make and good on almost anything. Sprinkle it over nachos, bean salad, baked potato, taco filling, pizzas, dips or mac & cheese, or better yet, sprinkle it over popcorn, and make homemade nacho flavored chips without the guilt for that cheesy nacho flavor you crave without the cheese…How cheesy is that?
Vegan Nacho Seasoning
This delicious spice mix is perfect on anything but will elevate snack time with that nacho flavor, great alternative if you are lactose free, vegan or just want a healthy alternative to those addictive tortilla chips that fill the isles at the grocery store.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tomato powder
- 1/2 cup dehydrated vegetable mix
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 2 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 1/2 tsp jalapeno powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp coriander powder
Instructions
-
Put all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend into a fine powder. If you don't have those appliances you can grind the dehydrated vegetables in a spice grinder or by hand with mortar and pestle and then mix all other ingredients with it. Makes 1 1/2 cups of seasoning
Recipe Notes
Items like the tomato powder and the jalapeno powder most likely won’t be at your local grocery store, I found those online.
Also, the dehydrated vegetables are NOT a soup mix, they are just dehydrated vegetable mix that has no other ingredients mixed in them, I also found that online if you can’t find that at the store as well
