Smoked Salmon Pizza with Lemon Tarragon Cream Cheese

September 20, 2018 by Joseph Sciascia 2 Comments

What makes this smoked salmon pizza recipe quick and easy is the use of a pre-baked pizza crust.  There are so many varieties out there why just put pepperoni and marinara on them, let’s get a bit more sophisticated and use smoked salmon.  I love smoked salmon and combined with the tarragon, lemon and the cream cheese, it is very satisfying.  Cut it into small wedges for the perfect “brunch bite” or cocktail canape to go along with your champagne.  This recipe comes together in minutes, so if you have that unexpected guest ringing at your front door…20 minutes later you will be enjoying this timeless, quick classic.

Even though I’m serving this as an evening appetizer, this would be a great brunch bite

Luscious, creamy, tangy and delicious…all in one bite!

Your recipe says bake the salmon but your picture clearly shows fresh smoked salmon….?

I think you misunderstood the recipe. It is a smoked salmon pizza but the entire pizza gets baked in the oven with the smoked salmon on the pizza
