The smell of BBQ brings visions of summer cookouts in my mind. There is nothing like a good old fashioned barbecue outdoors with friends and family. I’m making a big batch this time to give away as take home gifts for the guests at a dinner party. This lip-smacking recipe will make you wanting those few extra ribs on your plate; it’s a tad bit spicy but it’s the kind of spice that reminds you that you are alive! This is great on burgers, ribs, chicken and fish…I tried some on shrimp skewers with a squeeze of lime and it was divine! Try delicately sprinkling some on veggie burgers or grilled corn on the Cobb; we don’t want to leave our vegetarian friends out of the picture. Makes about a cup
