Warmer days are here and so are the parties that coincide with them and here is a “mocktail” that will quench your thirst. This drink is refreshing and the flavors of the Elderflower syrup blended with the other ingredients is really reminiscent of a gin & tonic but without all the guilt; It’ tart, tangy, bubbly with floral notes and it will cool you off on a hot day or balmy evening. So sit back and enjoy this alcohol free libation and quench your thirst this summer.
I love the sound of the bubbles fizzing in the glass as you pour, makes me thirsty!
