Here is a super easy recipe for when you have a Nutella craving; I bet you will be eating these by the handful. The mini size is perfect for parties or as a treat for the whole family.
Makes about 36 mini
Ingredients
1 13-oz jar of hazelnut Nutella chocolate spread
1 tablespoon hazelnut liquor like Frangelico
1 cup of all-purpose flour
6 eggs
¾ cup of crushed hazelnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Butter the mini tartlet pans; I make it easy and use baking spray with flour in it
- In a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer or in a bowl of a stand mixer with batter blade attachment, mix together the eggs, hazelnut liquor and the hazelnut chocolate spread and blend until well combined
- Add the flour a bit at a time until well mixed
- Spoon into the mini tart pans and sprinkle nuts on the top, Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool completely and remove from pan, I use a couple of wooden skewers to loosen the edges of the brownies to take them out. Enjoy!
