Sun Dried Tomato Aioli

February 27, 2018 by Joseph Sciascia Leave a Comment

Aioli is just a fancy name for a mayonnaise based sauce or spread with garlic in it, but it sounds elegant, right? Lol…My Sun Dried Tomato Aioli has a bit of a kick from the Cayenne pepper and some tang from the vinegar.  It’s perfect on burgers; my other post Shitake Mushroom Sliders has this on it, look here:  https://recipeforaparty.com/1033 This recipe is also very versatile, feel free to use vegan mayonnaise so you can please all your guests at your next party.  This is not only good on burgers, but as a dip for crackers, bagel chips, veggies and you can even dunk your French fries in it… Oui oui… Bon Appetite!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups of Mayo

1/3 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil drained

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons chopped garlic

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Pinch of kosher salt

Pinch of course ground black pepper

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender or small food processor and blend until well combined and enjoy.

Makes almost 2 cups
