It finally feels like autumn today, it’s only in the 60’s and a day before Halloween. I was craving something sweet, something warm for an afternoon pick me up so I came up with this perfect recipe for Hot White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Coffee…say goodbye to the long lines at the coffee house, this turned out so awesome. I served this in mini glasses to show you that this is perfect for petite servings at parties. Family friendly for kids too, just swap out the coffee for more milk.
Hot White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Coffee
A delicious blend of pumpkin, white chocolate and coffee for a great morning or afternoon treat

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups coffee, freshly brewed
- caramel sauce and whipped cream for garnish
Instructions

In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, milk and vanilla extract

Cook and whisking constantly until mixture starts to steam, not boil.

Turn down heat to simmer and add white chocolate, whisking occasionally until melted through and add coffee and whisk until combined

Pour into small heat safe glasses or cups and garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Makes 5 1/2 cups
