Mushroom & Gruyere Cheese Phyllo Tartlets

July 19, 2018 by Joseph Sciascia Leave a Comment

You will be saying cheers and clinking your cocktail glasses in celebration for my recipe for this hor d’oeuvre.  These tartlets are perfect for any time of year and make the perfect cocktail bite.  Savory mushrooms with a touch of sherry with the mild creamy and nutty flavor of the Gruyere cheese enveloped with a flaky crust; it’s a perfect blend of goodness.  I love the earthy flavor of mushrooms and I use all kinds of mushrooms in my cooking, from appetizers, salads and main courses.  This will be one of your favorite entertaining recipes for sure!

This flaky and cheese tid bit is wonderful way to celebrate!

Bite, crunch, lick lips…repeat
