Curry, Pine Nut & Golden Raisin Tea Cookies

August 30, 2018 by Joseph Sciascia 2 Comments

Do you need an exciting cookie to have with your tea?  I’m sure you do and please try my newest recipe for these crunchy gems full of spices that are sure to please your guests at your tea party or when you are enjoying quiet time with yourself in the afternoon and your tea or coffee needs a bit of company.   You might think that curry would be a strange spice in a cookie but think again, this worldly spice that is common in just about everyone’s’ pantry these days is a nice addition to this tea cookie, especially when blended with cinnamon and the citrus notes of the  cardamom and lemon extract.

Your tea time now has a new play mate…

Go ahead, dunk one or two…okay, you can have three cookies!
