This easy dip recipe is very versatile and is fabulous for your fresh vegetable crudités or a wonderful sandwich spread.
Ingredients
1 ½ of mayonnaise
Zest and juice from 2 lemons
1 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup of good quality grated parmesan like Parmigiano Reggiano
½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Pinch of salt
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together, cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to use
Serve right away or best after being chilled for a couple of hours
